Zaferr is a platform that connects customers with local restaurants and sellers for food and product delivery in Trincomalee and surrounding areas.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through Zaferr:
- You agree to pay the total amount including product price, delivery fee, and any applicable taxes
- All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
- Payment can be made via cash on delivery or digital payment methods
- Orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant or seller
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Order volume
- Delivery location accessibility
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, Zaferr is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Abuse, harass, or threaten delivery personnel or restaurant staff
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Place fraudulent orders
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Zaferr platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zaferr or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zaferr acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with restaurants and sellers. We are not responsible for:
- Quality, safety, or legality of products ordered
- Accuracy of restaurant menus or product descriptions
- Food allergies or dietary restrictions (customers must verify with restaurants)
- Actions or omissions of third-party restaurants, sellers, or delivery personnel
9. For Sellers and Restaurants
If you are a seller or restaurant partner:
- You must comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations
- You are responsible for the quality and safety of products you sell
- You must maintain accurate menu information and pricing
- You agree to our commission structure and payment terms
- You must fulfill orders in a timely manner
10. Privacy
Your use of Zaferr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
